Smoothies

I have found that the best way to keep myself on track and eating healthy is SMOOTHIES! Smoothies are the best (Healthy smoothies) because it doesn't even feel like you're eating healthy. It almost feels like a treat! I try to have one everyday for lunch, makes cutting calories super easy! Here is my ultimate favorite smoothie recipe which I mixed up, Enjoy!

1/2 Cup of Blueberries
1 Banana
1/2 Cup of Strawberry Banana Mixture
2 Tablespoons of Greek Yogurt
1 Cup of Coconut Milk
(If you like it super sweet, try adding honey!)
And Blend!

Pay Off

Yes, this is my butt. But this post isn't really about my butt, although it is a very nice butt, in my opinion anyways ;) Today I am here to share my pay off!! After a year of eating right and exercising regularly I am more than happy to announce that I fit into my size 8 American Eagle jeans that I have not been able to fit into for the last two years! Take that fat me! Down 30 pounds and 4 pant sizes, I couldn't be more happy! The pounds never really overly excited me, but fitting into my smallest pair of jeans is such an incredible feeling! I also tried on my "hooker boots" that also have not fit in the last two years and they also zip up like nobodies business! (Yes, Im that girl who when gaining weight my calves somehow take a lot of my extra pounds.)

So happy this week!

So ladies, when you're working out and you feel like you are doing everything that you can and constantly feel like you're not seeing result, I promise you that the results you want will come, it takes time. And when they do come, I can tell you that you will be so proud of yourself and all the sweat and healthy crap food will all be worth it! Don't give up and when you fall off the wagon because the ice cream truck drives by, finish your ice cream and jump back on the wagon. JUST KEEP GOING!!

I Haven't Eaten All Day!

To all you women who feel the need to let everyone know that you haven't eaten anything all day, as if that somehow makes everyone around you see you in a "skinner light." Well guess what sweetheart, you aren't doing your body any favors. In fact you are doing the exact opposite. You need to eat. Your body is thinking that it's starving so it's now to the point where basically eating itself. It's taking your fat that it has already stored and is using it as its source of protein and other nutrients it needs to survive. You're anorexic without knowing it (or do you?). You are lowering your metabolism and all in all basically killing yourself. Skinny really isn't worth being unhealthy.
So eat something small, have an apple for breakfast and some soup for lunch, you'll drop the necessary amount of pounds and stay healthy in the process. Just remember that the number on the scale doesn't dictate your "skinny ratio." As a matter of fact, just throw the scale out the window, especially if its causing you to stop eating.

Speaking of eating, I'm hungry!!!
